Free returns within 30 days

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is free for orders delivered to the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.

How to request a return

Email support@ollivandershop.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will send you a prepaid return label, the correct return address and instructions. We reply within 24–48 business hours.

The return address is provided by email because it can depend on the item. Please use the supplied label and address, and pack your item carefully to protect it in transit.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Photos can help us investigate damage, but your legal rights are not conditional on providing photos or the original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay. For returns under our 30-day policy, refunds are processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

UK customers: your cancellation rights

In addition to our 30-day returns policy, UK online customers generally have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back after telling us that you wish to cancel. Statutory exceptions apply where required by law, for example for genuinely personalised goods.

For a statutory cancellation, we reimburse the amount due, including any standard delivery charge paid, within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever comes first.

You can notify us by email or use the optional cancellation wording below. You do not have to wait for our reply to notify us that you are exercising a legal cancellation right.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods. Your statutory rights may continue after our 30-day returns period.
