Ollivander Goods delivers to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Free delivery and included import duties

Shipping is free to these destinations. Any applicable customs or import duties are included in your order total and are not charged separately to you on delivery.

Order preparation

Orders are generally prepared within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery generally takes approximately 7 business days after dispatch. Preparation and transit are separate: allow approximately 10 business days from placing your order to receiving it.

These are estimates, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. If you need an item for a particular occasion, please contact us before ordering to check the expected delivery date.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you notice a problem with your delivery address, email support@ollivandershop.com with your order number so we can assist. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are not delivered as agreed.
