Delivery is free to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, and applicable customs or import duties are included in the order total.

Placing an order

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. Keep this confirmation for your records. If any details are incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled goods.

Preparation and delivery

Orders are generally prepared within 3 business days. Delivery generally takes approximately 7 business days after dispatch, making the usual estimated total approximately 10 business days. Cancellation, returns and refunds

We offer free returns requested within 30 days of receipt. Email our support team to obtain a prepaid label, the return address and instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us if your goods are faulty, damaged or do not match your order or their description. We will assist with the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Mandatory rights are not limited to our voluntary 30-day returns period.
